Professional Development & Clinical Training |

In addition, I apply my clinical knowledge of human interaction to leadership and team development. Trauma Responsive Organizational Development

Consultation can be provided to organizations looking to shape their organizational culture in Trauma Informed and Responsiveness Care. This is a collaborative process between the organizations and myself, to determine needs, strengths and areas for growth. An organizational assessment is completed to determine current areas of strengths and challenges related to being a trauma informed organization. A plan is developed with the organization, to move them towards becoming more trauma mindful in approaches, strategies and procedures.
